Eligibility for Returns
- Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on medications once they have been shipped.
- In the rare case of an error in the order (e.g., wrong product sent), please contact us immediately. Eligible cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Refund Conditions
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the damage. We will review the situation and may issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
- Incorrect Product: If an incorrect item was shipped, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in locating your order. In cases of lost packages verified by the carrier, we may issue a refund or replacement.
Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once approved. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Exclusions
- Opened or Used Products: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, as well as products that show signs of tampering.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for items returned due to a change of mind once the product has been shipped.
